Holiday celebration of toy tains and model railroading layouts begining with the arrival of Santa by locomotive on Friday, November 23, 2007. the festival features many different layouts including the museum's "HO" model train layout in the C&O #725 passenger car and the outdoor "G" scale layout. Children can visit with Santa on Saturdays and Sundays throughout the festival. Monday-Friday 10 am to 4 pm, Saturday 10 am to 5 pm, and sunday 11 am to 4 pm. The Baltimore Bead Society is sponsoring a WINTER BEAD SHOW in the Mary Ellen
Duncan Hall (former ELB Building) of Howard Community College, 10901 Little
Patuxent Parkway, Columbia, MD 21044, on Saturday and Sunday, January 12 & 13,
2008. The show will be open from 10 a.m.-5 p.m. each day and will include great
classes, vendors, artisans and raffles. The Baltimore Bead Society's website is
