Ellicott City's Bubble Man

Bubble therapy encourages children of all ages to play with bubbles and forget their troubles. Located just outside the Forget Me Not Factory in Historic Ellicott City, by the lower end of Main Street. From March - October 2006, he'll be there on weekends; why not stop by and take a picture of him with a loved one?
