Lilburn Mansion also known as .."The Castle" College Avenue Ellicott City, MD 21043 As of Summer 2005: We are in the middle of obtaining a Conditional Use Plan for 6 bedroom Bed & Breakfast. And hopefully the county will approve the plan. This will include two rooms in the cottage. The cottage anticipated opening will be in about 1 year. There will be two rooms in the main house hopefully available by 2007. Then the other two rooms in the main house by 2009. Feb 2006 Conditional Use was approved by Howard county but further approvals are needed October 2006 Up for sale. Summer 2007 Lilburn is under new owners
