The Viking Backers is the fund raising organization for Mount Hebron High School in Ellicott City.  Through several different  events, we raise money to support the clubs and sports teams at the high school.  Some of our past purchases have been the agenda books for every student, the solar-powered score board for the Field Hockey field, the "gator" vehicle for our athletic director, pads and other equipment for the football team, and equipment for our ice hockey team (also an ellicott city.net sponsor!!)  We have also given money to the PTSA for their newsletter and hospitality events and well as support the after prom party.  Some of the events that we sponsor to raise money are our concession stand at the school, the Christmas tree sale in December, our Italian Dinner night at Homecoming, our SAT prep and two choices of driving school classes, and the spring 5K Race.  We are always looking for volunteers and sponsors  so please check our website at www.vikingbackers.org  to see our upcoming events and please support us so we can support the school!!  If you can help our in any way, please contact me at cag60@verizon.net .
