Guardian's of the Patapsco River

They look like guardian's of the Patapsco River, located on the Oella Side of the bridge on Lower Main Street. Please
click on a thumbnail below to view a larger picture of that image. While this was nice when I originally approached the area, I ask you, please do not destroy the fragile ecosystem of this stretch of water!
