Provides daily bus service in Columbia, Ellicott City, Clarksville, Savage and other areas of Howard. Specialized services are available to individuals with disabilities and senior citizens.
6 a.m.-11 p.m. Mondays-Fridays; 9 a.m.-10 p.m. Saturdays; 10 a.m.-9 p.m. Sundays. Most routes run every 60 minutes. Sunday service is available on the Red, Red Express, Green and Brown lines.
One way: $1.50.
Transfers: One free, valid for two hours.
Reduced fares (for individuals with disabilities, seniors 60 and older with reduced-fare ID card and students with a student ID card): One-way, 50 cents.
Children 5 and younger: Free.
10-ride ticket: $13.50.

Blue Route: Clarksville/River Hill, Route 108 and Broad Meadow, ARC of Howard County, Harpers Farm Road, Wilde Lake Village Center, Columbia Mall, Broken Land Park and Ride, Savage MARC Station, National Business Park. Service Mondays-Fridays with no service 10 a.m.-2:30 p.m.
Green Route: Columbia Mall, Wilde Lake Village Center, Harper's Choice Village Center, Howard County General Hospital, Howard Community College, Hickory Ridge and Martin Road, Hickory Ridge and Little Patuxent Parkway. No service after 10 p.m.
Red Route: Columbia Mall, Columbia Medical Practice, Phelps Luck and High Tor Hill, Long Reach Village Center, Columbia Crossing, Dobbin Center, Snowden Square, Gateway Building, Department of Social Services. No service after 9 p.m.
Red Express Route: Columbia Mall, Broken Land Park and Ride, Snowden River Parkway and Minstrel Way, Snowden Square, Snowden River Park and Ride, Maryland Food Center, Dorsey MARC, Arundel Mills, Dorsey Road and Candlewood Road, BWI MARC/Amtrak Station, BWI Airport Terminal, MTA Light Rail stations.

Brown Route: Columbia Mall, Columbia Medical Practice, Oakland Mills Village Center, Owen Brown Village Center, Snowden Square, Guilford Road and Gerwig Lane, Clocktower Lane and Murray Hill Road, Kings Contrivance Village Center, Riverwood Drive, Kings Contrivance Village Center, Atholton Shopping Center, Hickory Ridge Village Center, Hickory Ridge Place, Howard Community College, Howard County General Hospital, Columbia Mall. The route also serves Atholton High School and Grassroots. No service after 9 p.m.
Purple Route: Laurel Mall, U.S. Route 1 and Main Street, U.S. Route 1 and Brewers Court, Corridor Road and Larkin Road, Savage MARC Station, Baltimore-Washington Industrial Park, Maryland Food Center, Route 1 and Dorsey Road, Dorsey MARC Station, Amberton Drive and San Tomas Drive, Elkridge Library/Senior Center, Elkridge Corners Shopping Center. Service on weekdays only.

A 187-mile commuter rail system, managed by MTA, that provides service through Howard County to Baltimore and Washington. Fares vary based on distance traveled. Children 6 and younger ride free with a paying adult.
There are four MARC stations in Howard County along the Camden Line.
Dorsey: Exit 7 off Route 100 between U.S. Route 1 and Baltimore-Washington Parkway.
Jessup: Route 175 at Old Jessup Road.
Laurel Park racetrack: U.S. Route 1 at racetrack entrance.
Savage: Route 32 at Dorsey Run Road.

Weekly and monthly passes are available, as are reduced fares for senior citizens and individuals with disabilities. Metrochek can also be used to purchase fares on some of these bus lines.
Route 915: weekday express service from Scaggsville and Columbia to Silver Spring and Washington. Stops in Washington include Walter Reed Army Medical Center, Federal Triangle, Capitol Hill and Washington Navy Yard.
Route 929: weekday express service from Scaggsville and Columbia to Silver Spring and Washington. Stops in Washington include Walter Reed Army Medical Center, Dupont Circle, Federal Triangle and Capitol Hill.
Route 995: weekday express service from Clarksville, Ellicott City and Columbia to Washington. Stops in Washington include Capitol Hill and Federal Triangle.
Route 150: weekday prime-time service between Baltimore and Ellicott City.
Route 310/311: weekday service to Baltimore from Columbia. Stops available in the general downtown business district, State Office Center and Johns Hopkins Hospital.
Route 320: weekday service to downtown Baltimore from Laurel, Savage and Elkridge, along U.S. Route 1.
