Owner PJ Strain has teamed with Chef Kevin Brothers and Sommelier Mark Bowman to create an upscale wine bar without pretension; a café with an amazing variety of healthy, delicious, and creative bistro food.

We know that everyone loves food, and many people love wine. We want to show you how food and wine come together with ambience and service to become something greater.

With a focus on small plates of healthy, all natural ingredients with creative flavor and presentation, Pure Wine Café will offer the variety necessary to create snack plates, tapas, light meals, full Mediterranean-style dining, or even just an intimate dessert.
